PMT specializes in developing independent and unique solutions for early concepts, front-end, design, fabrication, acceptance, deployment, installation, commissioning and operational (troubleshooting) issues. Forensic services are also offered for equipment failure investigation, performance measurement and evaluation, warranty and related liability issues. PMT is managed by Harvey Greenberg, P.E. With over forty years of professional experience, he has been a member of and led a wide variety of project and engineering design teams throughout his career. Harvey possesses the education, track record and key credentials that have supported his domestic and global leadership roles with major organizations including Aerojet-General, Dresser, Technip and Aker.
